How we work
A price before we start. No surprises after.
We diagnose the problem, give you a flat price in writing, and don't start until you say yes. The $89 service call is waived when we do the work. Our plumbers wear boot covers, lay down drop cloths, and leave the place cleaner than they found it.

Do you charge for estimates?
The $89 service call covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it's waived when we do the work. Estimates for remodels and replacements are free.
Do you charge more for nights and weekends?
Yes, emergency calls after hours have a $150 after-hours fee. We'll tell you before we roll a truck.
How soon can you come?
Most calls booked by noon are seen the same day. Emergencies are on the way within the hour.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, for water heaters, furnaces, and remodels over $1,500. Ask when we quote.
